Absolutely. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

You can also track directly via your ElmsNest account.

Do you offer express or next-day delivery?

Yes. Express delivery is available for selected regions.

Options and pricing will appear at checkout based on your address.

Returns & Replacements

Can I return or cancel my order?

You can request changes or cancellations within 1 hour of placing your order.

After that, orders enter production and are no longer editable.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’ll make it right.

If we’re at fault — wrong, damaged, or defective product — we offer free replacements or full refunds.

Do you accept returns for personalized items?

Because our items are custom-made, we don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse.

But if there’s an issue, we’ll work with you directly to fix it.

How do I report a problem?

We respond within 24 hours — usually faster.

Do you take custom requests?

Yes — for bulk orders, events, or corporate gifting, email us.
