UK Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy outlines your rights as a UK consumer under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Your Right to Cancel

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. This is in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalised or engraved items unless they are damaged or defective. This is in accordance with the exclusions outlined in UK consumer law.

How to Return an Item

To start a return, please email us at info@elmsnest.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be sent back within 14 days of initiating the return process.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process a refund within 7 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will offer a replacement or full refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
