Do I need an account to place an order?

No — you can check out as a guest. But creating an account gives you faster checkout, order tracking, and easier reordering.

How do I customize a product?

Each customizable product page allows you to upload your photo and add text before checkout. A live preview is usually available.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

We work fast. Changes or cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of purchase. Contact us immediately at info@elmsnest.com.

Can I preview my customization?

Yes. Most product pages offer a live preview tool showing how your photo and text will appear.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

All orders ship from the UK within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 5–7 business days depending on location.

Yes. We ship worldwide. International shipping times and fees vary by destination.

Can I track my order?

What if my order is delayed or lost?

Due to the custom nature, returns aren’t accepted unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We’ll fix it. Contact us with photos and your order number — we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

How do I request a return or refund?

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If we’re at fault (wrong or damaged item), we cover return shipping. Otherwise, returns are not accepted.
